Kriebel Security acquires
CzarStar Security.
The purchase combines two of Berks Counties and Tri State Area’s premier
companies in the residential and commercial security industry. Kriebel Security Inc.
founded in 1986 by David Kriebel is a Bank Security company providing products and
services such as drive equipment, vaults, security vestibules and alarm systems to
Mid Atlantic financial institutions. CzarStar Security is a residential and commercial
security company provider serving the Tri County area and beyond. Dave Czarnecki
founder of Czarstar Security and David Kriebel with Kriebel Security Inc feel the
partnership is a perfect strategic fit. Dave Czarnecki started his alarm career in 1984
with High Tech alarms and in 1987 changed name to BellCzar Electronics, sold
business in 1994, Czartek Security emerged in 1995 and was sold with over 5000
customers to a national company in 2005. Dave and many former employees broke
ties with the national chain and started CzarStar Security in 2007 getting back to
customer relations and personal service that was missing with the national chain.
Kriebel Security Inc. services more than 3000 financial institutions and numerous
drive thru pharmacy locations in PA, NJ, NY, VA, WV, DE, MD & DC. Providing drive
ups, Security Vestibules, Vaults, Burglar Alarms, Fire Alarms, UL Monitoring, CCTV
and more. CzarStar security provides commercial and residential alarms systems
and monitoring along with CCTV, Central Vacuum Systems, Home Theater and more.
